That is not to say that you cannot convince people that there are such things as ghosts, if you have the information and the statistics to back up your claim. Put simply just make it believable.

Speeches are a way of making an occasion or event special. By congratulating someone or wishing them well you are making a very personal gesture which will be appreciated. In the case of a eulogy you are making a memory for life. Speeches are, then, a public recognition of their lifetime’s achievements.

Persuasive speeches have to make your audience believe in what you say.
Persuasive speeches sway an audience to your way of thinking. Whatever the subject you must be able to convince them that what you are saying is right. You must use all your knowledge about the subject and all your passion for it to get them to share your beliefs. In other words simply get them on your side.
